• Statewide Felony and Misdemeanor search typically supplied directly from the state law enforcement agency.
• Turn around times and release requirements may vary from state to state.
• Report may not reflect public records at the county level. Reports may also contain entries that are not public record.

County Criminal History Search

• Provides a search per county for criminal history in the felony and misdemeanor courts.
• It is recommended to order a report for each jurisdiction an applicant has resided.
  

Florida Statewide Criminal Database Search

• Provides a statewide database search to identify current and past conviction(s) and/or probation(s).
